This page explains plainly where and how we use artificial intelligence (AI) systems on this site, in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
What AI does on this site
The OMNI101 assistant helps you find your way around services, timing and next steps. The current guide uses predefined answers in your browser: it is an automated assistant, not a person. AI-powered features are disclosed before use.
Its answers may contain mistakes and are not legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Do not enter health data, credentials or other sensitive information.
A person, whenever you want
You can ask to speak with a person at the studio at any time from the Contact page. AI does not make binding decisions about you: quotes, proposals and commitments are always confirmed by a person.
How your data is used
The predefined guide processes questions in your browser. Contact forms send the data needed to answer your enquiry. Do not include sensitive data; read the privacy notice before submitting. Privacy notice
AI-generated images, video and text
The media registry identifies content with verified AI provenance. Visible “AI-generated” captions, machine-readable attributes and provenance markings are available for those assets. Concepts are labelled; unverified historical provenance is not invented.
External AI agents
For third-party AI assistants we provide public read-only access to services, indicative starting prices and frequently asked questions, described in llms.txt. A request to be contacted requires the explicit consent of the person concerned.
Controller details, data-protection contacts and handling times for reports are given in the full legal documentation, which is being updated.
Company information and complete legal documents are being updated. Applicable terms and notices are shared before each engagement.
