What a booking website costs for a studio

The public price list has no line called booking website. Here are the published from figures for a ready site, a premium site and Local Desk, and what to settle before a quote.

What a studio means by a booking website

OMNI101 Studio, 24 October 2026. For many studios, booking is not a full calendar engine. It is a page that explains the work, shows how a meeting happens, and offers a way to ask for a time. Sometimes a form is enough: name, contact, kind of request, a time window. Sometimes it is a calendar tied to the person who receives people, with duration, notice and cancellation. The price changes because the work changes, not because the word booking has a fixed fee.

Before you read a number, write what should happen after the click. Does the request only land in email, or does it enter a list someone confirms? Does the person see a held time, or a note that the studio will reply? Who can move the appointment, and how late? If those answers are missing, any figure is a starting point, not a closed quote.

The from figures on the public list

On the studio's public price list, generated on 24 October 2026, there is no line named booking website. The numbers below are from thresholds, not the price of a measured project. Ready site: setup from €1,600 and a monthly fee from €39. Premium site: setup from €4,400 and a monthly fee from €69. Each line has three levels, Essential, Recommended and Complete. The from figure is the published entry level, not the detail of a diary.

For a studio that wants a local page together with a responder, there is the Local Desk bundle, Essential level. The list states it in dollars, not euros: from 1,900 USD once and from 148 USD a month. The products named in the bundle are the ready site and the responder. The responder alone has a monthly fee from €99 and a one-off of zero: no setup from above zero is published. None of these lines says a connected calendar is already included.

How to read setup and monthly fee together

Setup is the work to put the first version online: page structure, texts placed, form, checks. The monthly fee is what stays on after that, including hosting and the time to keep the page usable. Looking only at setup makes an ongoing cost look small. Adding a year of fees without knowing what they cover makes the opposite mistake. For the ready site the published minimum reading is setup from €1,600 plus a monthly fee from €39. For the premium site, setup from €4,400 plus a monthly fee from €69. Those are floors, not a real studio's total.

Do not convert the Local Desk bundle into euros in this article: the list publishes it in USD. Placing it next to the ready site in euros, with no exchange rate in the list, mixes two currencies. If the studio works in euros, the quote question is which line describes the work: the euro line or the dollar bundle. The answer is the scope, not a rate invented here.

What those figures do not include

A from threshold does not by itself include several people on one diary, a deposit, message reminders, or moving a diary that is already full. It does not include copy written instead of the studio if the studio does not supply it, or new photographs. It does not include a promise that the site will bring appointments. A page can make the request clear. It cannot decide how many people will use it.

Even a short form has an edge. You need to say where name and contact go, how long they stay, and who can read them. An email and a store with access rules are two different jobs. If booking touches health data or children's data, write that scope before the price, not in a note after signature. The price list does not replace that sentence.

What to prepare before you ask for the number

A few concrete lines are enough. Who receives the person. How long a meeting usually is. How much notice is needed to ask for a time, and until when it can be cancelled. Whether a deposit is required and, if so, which tool the studio already uses to take it. Which details the client must write and which they must not. A sample week stops you designing a calendar that does not match the real day.

With that list you can see whether the ready site is enough, whether the premium site is the line to open, or whether Local Desk is the row to read. Without the list, from is a label. The next step is the linked offer: the published figure sits next to what is included and what is quoted apart. This article does not close the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Is from €1,600 the price of a booking website?

No. It is the ready site's setup from figure on the public list. Booking has no row of its own. A calendar, reminders or a deposit, if you need them, are described and quoted. They are not deduced from that figure.

Why is Local Desk in dollars?

Because the public list records it that way: currency USD, from 1,900 once and from 148 a month, Essential level, products ready site and responder. This article does not calculate a euro exchange.

Can the monthly fee be removed?

The list publishes those lines with a monthly from fee. Turning off hosting and updates is a scope choice, not a zero row already written. It belongs in the quote.
