Original studio concept, not a real clientTavola
Studio concept: Calls and messages cut into service, and requests and preferences get lost.
The thesis
Service is not interrupted: requests and preferences arrive already in order.
The imagined problem
Calls and messages cut into service, and requests and preferences get lost.
The creative direction
The studio connected the room to a menu, a table request the staff confirms, and notes that wait for approval. It is not a commercial client and it promises no covers.
The system
- A menu that can be updated and opened from a QR
- A table request confirmed by the staff
- Content held until a person approves it
Where it could apply
- Restaurants taking bookings by phone
- Social content approved by a person before it goes out
How it was made
Menu, table request and notes designed by the studio with no client: no covers are promised.
What it shows
That menu, tables and content can be connected while the staff keep the last word.

This project explores a design and interaction approach. It is not a commercial result for a client, and it does not state metrics or performance that were not measured.
Possibilities begin with a conversation.
A new idea. A problem to solve. A project to grow.
